Cocopah Middle School and the Girls Rule Foundation will present The Dream Big workshop on Friday January 6, 2017, at 2:20 pm at Cocopah Middle School (Room B101 – Dodrill Science). This is a free 2-hour workshop in which girls are encouraged to dream big and learn about the tools, education and resources to help achieve those dreams! “It’s perfect for the girls at Cocopah,” says Tracey Dodrill, DreamLab Facilitator and Science Teacher. “We will engage girls in setting new goals for 2017 and equip them with the skills to dream big and make their dreams come true.” International Girls Rule Founder Dena Patton and SUSD Superintendent Dr. Denise Birdwell will kick off the DreamLab Club on January 6, 2017. Registration is open NOW and space is limited.
Students will leave this Dream Big Workshop with a worksheet filled with the steps, choices, resources, and milestones to fulfill their dream, along with the skills to build their self-esteem so they know their dreams are possible. Cocopah girls in grades 6 through 8 can register for this workshop today. Registration will be limited to 36 girls.

Following this workshop, DreamLab will be a 12-week club on Cocopah’s campus for girls to encourage, equip, and motivate them to be brilliant, beautiful, and bold. All girls on campus are welcome to participate.
